FootyLingo has become a Community Patron of Fulham FC Foundation. Through this partnership, we will support programmes for children and young people in the community.
Fulham FC Foundation recently announced FootyLingo as a Community Patron, highlighting a partnership that uses the power of football to support education and community development. Through this collaboration, the FootyLingo platform will provide football-themed English learning resources to help participants improve their communication skills while enjoying the game they love.
An exciting partnership
FootyLingo is proud to become a Community Patron of Fulham FC Foundation. At FootyLingo, we are experts in helping players, coaches and many other professionals in the game to learn English for football and develop the language skills they need to communicate with confidence.
We are also committed to making a positive contribution to the lives of children and young people by using football as a powerful motivational tool to help them learn English language skills.
So we are very excited about the opportunity to partner with the official charity of Fulham Football Club. The Foundation’s mission of building better lives through sport, and its vision for a healthy, inclusive and thriving community, align perfectly with FootyLingo’s values.
We are looking forward to supporting the Foundation’s innovative community programmes, combining our expertise in football and language learning to help make a lasting difference in the local community.

FootyLingo’s Commitment to the Foundation
As part of the partnership, FootyLingo will support the Foundation in two key ways:
1) Supporting international participants
We will provide full lifetime access to all FootyLingo online courses and language games for international participants in the Foundation’s programmes supporting refugees.
We have seen how stronger communication leads to greater confidence, enhanced integration and improved performance, both on and off the pitch. Learning English through football can be a motivating way for participants to develop their language skills while building positive social connections.
2) Supporting local schools
We will also create football-themed learning content for the Foundation to use in their Premier League Primary Stars initiative in local schools.
Children will enjoy stories designed to help them develop reading skills while learning positive community values. As they read the stories, students will complete reading comprehension activities to unlock player stickers in their digital Fulham sticker album.
